Water quality assessmentSample cage user manual
1、 Product Introduction
The water quality sampling cage complies with the national standards GB/T6680-2003 and GB/T4756-1998. Designed with reference to similar foreign products, it is suitable for collecting liquid products at or near atmospheric pressure, such as water. It is widely used in water treatment industries such as petroleum, chemical, education, environmental protection, health, electricity, and scientific research. Main material: 316L stainless steel, with capacities of 0.5L and 1L.
2、 Product Features
1. Avoid volatilization loss during secondary transfer of volatile samples: For volatile samples, volatilization loss may occur when transferring samples from a regular water sampler to other containers. Using a sampling cage can effectively prevent component volatilization and also avoid secondary pollution during sample transfer.
2. Samples can be collected at any depth: The upper part of the water quality sampling cage has a zipper for water collection, which is easy to open at any depth in the water, completing the collection of samples at any depth accurately and conveniently.
3. The glass bottles in the sampling cage are easy to take and place.

4、 Instructions for use
(1) 'Fixed point' sample collection
1. Clean and dry the glass bottle for later use.
2. Assembly: Place the lifting beam down, put the cleaned glass bottle inside, and erect the lifting beam.
3. Hold the chain and place it in the water (with the stopper closed). After reaching the specified depth, pull up the zipper of the stopper. At this point, the bottle stopper will open and bubbles will emerge during injection. When there are no bubbles, remove the sampling cage and complete one sampling task.
If only one sample is taken to complete the sampling, it can be taken back to the laboratory.
If you want to complete multiple sample collections at once (such as 6 times), you can skip step 3 and directly take out the glass bottle filled with samples from the sampling cage, cover the glass bottle stopper and place it in the sampling basket, then place the empty glass bottle in the sampling cage and repeat the sampling operation to complete the second sampling.
6. After sampling, clean the sampling cage, dry it, and store it.
(2) Full liquid level sample collection
1. Clean and dry the glass bottle for later use.
2. Assembly: Place the lifting beam down, put the cleaned glass bottle inside, and erect the lifting beam.
3. Hold the plug zipper and place it in the water (with the plug open). During the descent, water can enter the sampling cage at any time, and bubbles will emerge during injection. When there are no bubbles, remove the sampling cage and complete one sampling task.
